- The Service is available 24/7, year-round in principle.
- The Company may temporarily suspend service for system maintenance or other reasons.
- Users apply for membership by filling in the required information and agreeing to the Terms.
- Membership is completed once the Company approves the application.
- Members must comply with these Terms and relevant laws.
- Members may not transfer or lend their account to others.
- The Company strives to protect members' personal information as required by law.
- Personal information is handled according to a separate "Privacy Policy."
The Company may provide certain content and features as paid services, with payments processed via the Google Play billing system. Users must comply with the terms and policies of Google and their selected payment method.
- The subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.
- Users must cancel directly via the "Manage Subscriptions" menu in Google Play.
- Refunds for paid services follow Google Play's refund policy.
- Requests for refunds of services purchased via Google Play must be submitted through Google Support or the in-app customer service center.
The Company may approve a refund under the following conditions:
- The service is unavailable due to a technical error.
- A duplicate payment was made due to a system issue.
- Other cases deemed valid by the Company.
- If a refund is approved, the user's premium access will be immediately terminated.
- Refunds for services that automatically converted from a free trial to a paid subscription may be restricted under Google's policy.
- Refund processing may vary depending on Google Play's operational policy and the time elapsed since the payment date.
- The Company is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or system errors.
- The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information posted by users within the Service.
- In the event of a dispute between the Company and a user, the matter will be resolved according to applicable laws.
- The competent court will be that of the Company's principal office location, if necessary.
